Women in the Lead: A strong majority (57.4%) of our citizen trainees were women and girls, ensuring equitable access to future opportunities.

Top Gains in High-Demand Areas: CDCs saw their biggest skill jumps in Online Work and Digital Entrepreneurship—the very abilities that lead directly to gig work and starting online businesses.
